Regarding the question about transfers. The steps will be as follow:
- Get your Patient profile setup! Need your insurance info, that’s why we’re trying to get a hold of you!
- Once we can check eligibility with your pharmacy, please go to the Prescriptions–>Transfer Prescriptions tab and input the info to identify your prescriptions with your current pharmacy. We will take that info and send it to them directly. Option B, is for us do it over the phone.
- We will contact you once we get the prescriptions transferred over and all the medications are ready for pickup. Usually takes 1-3 business days for other pharmacies to send their transfers over.
